Since you don't know the initial steps, you won't likely know what a good deal looks like, how to maximize your monetization of that deal, how to properly draft a contract with favorable language, how to exit the proper and a dozen other things an investor must know how to do in order to successfully acquire and sell a property.

@Cindy SchneiderDepends on the area and tenant base but no matter what CHARGE MORE for a dog… I demand an additional $100-200 deposit and it’s non refundable then I charge an extra $25-50 a monthA dog WILL be an issue no matter what from barking to poop to damage so make sure you monetize this headache
