I'm sure it can be more difficult in the winter months as most people aren't too thrilled at moving when it's 5 degrees outside, but I haven't had it happen to me personally. 

We are inheriting our tenants, which we aren't thrilled about.

I'm obviously not thrilled with my fridge being shot, but I'm glad the fridge took the bullet instead of a person.

I've been to one in Sarasota, but wasn't thrilled by it.
