The Hazel Green area definitely has a lot of building especially by the high school on 231/431 that is diagonal to the Walmart SuperCenter.Hope this helps.Jeff

These can be as small as hairline diagonal cracks within 1 to .5 feet of a corner and usually have a corresponding crack on the other side, or as big as a whole chunk of your slab falling off.

I had to replace the old laminate counter top in my LTR because the previous tenants had a coffee maker that leaked right where the diagonal seam was, and the water buckled the laminate over time.I had to put in a new laminate counter top because of time constraints.

If there are some differential settlement (the house is sinking in a non uniform way), you should be able to see diagonal cracks on the bricks, specially from the corners of the openings (windows/doors).

Tandem parking on the tenant with 2 cars, then two right hand side is for the other 1 and new tenant. so tandem looks vertical the new tenant plus the single car in diagonal or horizontal from the street.
