So, starting in 2015, employees started filing CIVIL LAWSUITS for not getting 10-minue uninterrupted breaks every 4 hours (actually every 2 hours, but I don't know why the laws says 4 hours), for not getting a 1-hour uninterrupted lunch break, for being mis-classified as an Exempt employee (independent contractor) when you report to the IRS, for not getting proper Wage Earning Statements, for not getting paid overtime, for age and race discrimination and the list goes on.Here is the worst part.

I will say while there are certainly agents that are just straight liars & know it, I’ve honestly become convinced most agents give what they think is good advice, there’s like a whole media ecosystem just for agents that exists at brokerage’s and on social media, and honestly if you don’t have critical thinking and/or want to fit in, it’s just easier & more profitable to just go with it.

We are completely okay with that as long as you tell us up front, just don’t expect to hear about all the great opportunities ahead of our exclusive buyers.I recommend look for agents that understand your investment strategy and even better yet that they do, or have invested.

@Herwin G. its against the law for agents to give you cash back out of their commission.what they are doing is negotiating with the seller to lower their commission in concert with lowering price.. you get the benefit of the discount but not cash

Each company for the most part is looking for agents so unless they are a very niche company or you want to focus on a specific niche they will all offer you a job.
