All those that posted to get a lawyer I understand that knew jerk reaction however that is just spending more money than its worth a lawyer could end up costing her more than she could get back... there are no attorney fee provisions in the contracts.

I thought this was something that would help in my REI career, but after talking to a couple people and seeing the reactions of others on BP forums, I have chosen to not spend that time resource.

My initial reaction is that going "big" (buying large multi-unit property) has several benefits.

Depends on how many days it takes to follow them home.Get pics too, and maybe they do it just to get a reaction from the renter(???)

This means your available reaction time is also cut down.You should be able to see and control (with proper market analysis), the next 4 - 5 years...in 1 -2 year increments.

My initial reaction was to pile on and say the naysayers are fools who lack vision.
