When the Fed sit's down to discuss not just raising rates, but bringing it to such a level is such a time frame, there is OBVIOUS factors such as the standing of commercial finance as it's a well known cycle and a very large amount of financed capital.

Based on your confidence level I would ask the owner to deliver the unit vacant - cleared out and in the event the deal does not close on the closing date you will cover the rent, etc., etc., until x.

So going crazy and getting new cards every other month isn't good, but doing the hack I mentioned twice a year, I have found, doesn't hurt.Then lastly, as long as my credit score meets a minimum level, I don't really care if it moves around 20-30 points.
