In other words,  SF zoning is really triplex zoning.Of course this is tempered by extremely anti-landlord policies put out by city council over the last 5-7 years.

My HUD statements speak for themselves and I am not here to prove anything but I will stand in Gregs defense that he is the most anti guru teacher I have ever known.

Washington state, and Seattle in particular, are becoming RABIDLY anti business.

US has a strong historical anti-state interference psyche so I can understand the conflation but they are different terms.
