Its best to remove smokers of anything, because most smokers are dead in the head, and have no clue or care where that stench goes.If there IS a lease, perhaps you can ask them to leave without a penalty for breaking it.Nope, not anti pot.

Do you think your unlicenced, uninsured, amateur would have paid rent when the units could not be rented as an STR.Your "tenant", the person arbitraging, during COVID could potentially not pay claiming COVID impact (and they would not be lying as COVID reduced their STR income) and could potentially be protected from COVID anti-eviction moratoriums.Our market recently passed a STR quota.

In other words,  SF zoning is really triplex zoning.Of course this is tempered by extremely anti-landlord policies put out by city council over the last 5-7 years.

Another issue is residual laundry soap in swim suits (if they wear anything) as it can generate a lot of foam, so we use a little dash of an anti-foam product to eliminate it.
