My best investment was buying $40 in silver quarters from a bank teller and then selling them on eBay for $1 a quarter.

After all said and done, I had doors open, hired a good manager, furnished the place with beds, recliners, TVs, call buttons, had professional photos taken, self created the website, and prepped for the SILVER TSUNAMI FLOOD of residents that would pour into this beautiful home in DROVES!!!....

The silver lining here is that Guardian never filed a deed of trust on these properties, so I'm able to sell the houses unencumbered and recoup a good chunk of my principle.  

Often silver-tonged devils, amazing pitch-men, but one will find a giant gaping void where passion for the "deal" should be, because it's not there passion, that's more a necessary annoyance for them than anything else because focus is controlling the $ that's it that's all.

While some neighborhoods are better than others, there is no bad area to flip around there.With Highland Park, Echo Park, Silver Lake, and most of the cities directly surrounding downtown becoming overpriced and gentrified, East LA on out is becoming more and more desirable.

Where I live in NY houses go for 600k  plus...unless you are a celebrity or born with a silver spoon or are wiling to work for 60 yers before becoming a home owner... you'll never own a house.Getting creative and using Other Peoples Money is not bad, its sophisticated and 100% valuable.
