We have now switched all the company cell phones to Verizon in hopes that the issues will be resolved.

I think if I upgraded to Windows Vista Business Pro, I could use its Winfax option through a wireless bluetooth connection (Verizon CDMA Cell Phone Modem) with my Verizon Smartphone to send directly from windows, but again, not really worth it for me at this point.
