I started a women's book club near Tacoma about a year ago, and now there are 180 of us, and it is one huge happy hour, girlfriends, social events, lunch...whatever...all sorts of fun stuff.

I'm going to speak with some fellow colleagues, especially hire up women, and see what their advice is in addition.

I think these properties would appeal to women much more than the "average" house and I'm a big believer in women having a lot of power and influence when it comes to house buying.
