I’m open to hard money loans, private lending, or other creative financing options.Also if anyone is seriously willing to lend I am willing to pay 10-20 percent interest.Unit is halfway done but has been like this for 5 years now after my father started project and we ran into financial troubles.I think the project can be done in 3 weeksMost drywall up Needs kitchen and small bathroom remodel Appliances Floor in main living area onlyI just need to find a way to get it done asap.Does anyone have suggestions on where I could find a loan or investor for this kind of project?

What will drive an investor's interest in that deal with the experience of the sponsor and the leverage.

Investors will sometimes engage in a consolidation exchange, where they sell multiple investment properties and reinvest the proceeds into a larger investment property through a 1031 exchange.
