We only had a few stores that required masks and that was during the most recent "outbreak" which quickly dried up when people realized the number of positive cases were rising but deaths continued to drop.I think there are more people taking vacations by car than by plane.

If the prop is listed as an A- but a quick Google Earth shows tire-less cars in lawns and peeling paint, it’s time to walk away.As James mentioned, there are plenty of great investment markets around the country, it's the team you work with (either turnkey, or an assembled team that you find and vet individually) that will make or break your investment.

@Chris Martin I always work in the release clauses whether I intend to use them or not.. things change and its always nice to be able peel one of if you have a need or a deal that is too good to pass up.Curious how do your lenders handle your subdivision releases.
