My 2 cents Cash flow is cash flow,plus the asset is better than money in the bank(my opinion).I am looking to add to my rentals hopefully,a multi family.I travel 60-70 days a year and would like to travel more.Bonus is "the thrill of the deal" keeps me young and "in the mix"!

Every time I find a house listed with flooring torn out, or needing drywall done I'm thrilled...because I know 1000 other people looked at it, thought about what they'd have to pay someone to do it, and moved on.
