Music city is rockin

We self-manage and I do most of the maintenance work.As I see things, the overwhelming reality of western PA in my rental market segment is that small outfits like ours are almost exclusively composed of greedy and stupid landlords who routinely lie to, steal from, and cheat their tenants as a matter of course. 

After completing the certificate program I knew music would be a wonderful hobby; however, it was not how I wanted to make money.

It’s like musical chairs at this point.  

Early rent can make it hard to evict based on behavior issues, e.g. 5 dogs, 3 extra kids on weekends, loud music and way too much medical mj.

Perhaps something close to music venues , or local festivals, or parade routes?
