Are there any modifications to the written lease?

@Kayla Truong The housing authority/tenant are asking for a modification of the lease of which you are not required to do. 

@Shane Craig we use the same color paint in all rentals;however, we allow tenants to do reasonable paint modifications if they return it back to the original color.

Any modification needs to pre-approved in writing with a clear definition of who is paying what.
