I'd also like others to share their goals, and what they're thankful for, and any tips for me below ;)Progress Since Joining BPSince I first joined BP in March of 2011 from a referral from Johnson Hong, I have purchased 12 units (4plexes, duplex, SFHs) between 4 addresses by myself and with 2 different partners in the last 2 years, started a monthly meetup group in Oakland, and hosted a big RE Networking Summit in SF last weekend w/ about 200 other RE investors and 20 inspiring speakers and panelists from BP, mentored several newer investors, borrowed from and done deals with other BP members, and gained a huge network of wonderful people :) I was inspired to meet @Aaron Mazzrillo  ... and many more!!!

I have seen some absolutely amazing 300-350 sf apartments in places such as New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo which have the functionality of apartments that are 700 - 900 sf.

@Stanley Kong - coming form oil/gas/mining from the last ten years the lng is a big speculation, the jobs that have been completed - the Alcan job was a big one that put prices up in Kitimat, Rupert, and Terrace.

@Kong Xiong  Yes this is something anyone can do and there is no price for public info (probate files) at the county court house.The first case heard (probate), decedent has 34 creditor claims filed against estate.

Like Brazil  UAE  Hong Kong etc.. and all the reponses were from middle eastern dudes.. and you sent them the briefest of info ( this person did) then you got a congrats you are approved.. we just need you to buy a performance bond from this company in Thailand for 6k..
