The craziness of keeping up with multiple personal and business insurance policies is beginning to wear on me and I was wondering if anyone knew of an agent/company that would offer some sort of "umbrella" policy that would cover a group of assets in both TX & OK similar to these; Primary (valued at over 2M) and secondary home (valued at around $500K), personal higher end cars over $100K/exotic & classic, boats, 2 LTR homes all in Texas and 2 LTR homes in Oklahoma?

Between repairs, supplies, insurance, and random surprises — tracking expenses for rental properties can be a whole job.

Staten Island is my local area, so I’m wondering if it’s worth focusing on, or if I’d be better off starting in a more active state like Texas or Florida.I’m really looking for markets where buyers are active and plentiful, especially those who are open and eager to work with wholesalers.Anyone have experience wholesaling in Staten Island or the outer NYC boroughs?

I like the lp /gp structure also because ones job is to perform and make the assest as profitable as possible as quickly as possible while the others job is to provide capital and expect the return on investment discussed.

And I'm starting to wonder if you've ever actually flipped any homes as you seem to have a very limited view of how foreclosures work.

I wonder if this will fall on your agent, I would have a call with them and the broker.
