Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Logan Square, Wicker Park, etc.

You probably wouldn't believe the number of these in Lincoln Park, Bucktown and Wicker Park, and not just in basement apartments. 

There are areas in Chicago where you can still see tremendous cash flow house hacking, but it won't be Wicker Park... 

The neighborhood has a lot of new projects coming up but isn't priced like the neighbors to the south yet (Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square).

this is simply MLM brought to real estate same theories and tug at same heartstrings.. instead of loading up on soap or wicker baskets they go for the big dollar plays.  

I would want to live in lakeview, Lincoln park, wicker park, and Bucktown neighborhoods and first choice would be lakeview since I have Chicago Cubs season tickets and enjoy going to the games

Spent the last 15 years in big corp. manufacturing working in various aspects of the Poly Vinyl Resin business.

Just a friendly recommendation: I would remove the wicker chairs in the living room.

Samson Kay yea, will be very difficult to find a cash flowing 2-4 unit in wicker park right now.

These areas aren't yet as gentrified and trendy as Uki Village, Wicker Park, or Bucktown.
