Based on the ocean temps I have been experiencing these past two seasons this is going to be a real big one.

But one of my friends just moved out to Tempe from Jersey.

It is not designed to do so 100% of the time, regardless of what the outside temp is.  

With electric baseboard you can control the temp of each area , easy to conserve if you try .
