I do not want to come off as a racist or a profiling person, but I can tell you from my own experience with STRs that 2 guys from Mexico will share that space.  

Here in New Mexico we use a special form to address this very problem.

from where I´m from in Mexico (Victoria, Tamaulipas currently in Monterrey, Nuevo León) it´s something pretty common actually especially for A/B+ markets; you develop a gated community or suburb with all its amenities and leave the pads alone and people will buy the land and build their houses as they please; sometimes you can see 4 or 5 different styles of residential architecture in the same zone 

.: People from Mexico and much of Central America put their TP in the trash can because the sewer system is too narrow to accommodate the paper. 

I bought a house in New Mexico with a real estate contract, paid the agreed price at the end fo the 2 year term, lived in the house 2 more years, sold it and made  $100K or 35% profit on the purchase price and 400% on my downpayment.
