A total random spin of the wheel and what happens?

No matter how you spin it, that is a great income for the few amount weeks of work we put in it. 

I have been trying to do it "right" and use accrual, but thinking I may be making things harder than they need to be.Even with just a handful of properties, things are quickly spinning out of control with journal entries for accruing property taxes monthly (paid at the end of the year) and insurance (usually pre-paid and then expensed out monthly, but each property seems to be a little bit different).

I asked her about the Pit Bull sticker, she turned bright red, then went into spin mode saying 'that's an old car with an old sticker'. 

You have no control over who they are letting using your property and if you're not familiar with STR guests, there are so many horror stories of bad guest behavior it will make your head spin.

Envision a dial that spins continuously and never stops. 

I personally think it's a bonus to hear the stories that they spin.
