I've realized at this point in my career that real estate isn't a zero sum game, and there are opportunities for all of us to collaborate and take part in a bigger overall game.

This community is great because its a collaborative educated grp. 

Their advice might also tell you that if you and a few good friends (who do not have to be accredited) want to collaborate on a real estate deal you can do it with a simple partnership agreement and that’s it.  

I'll be in Florida for 30 days from mid march to mid April and I'm already collaborating on a few.

I look forward to meeting potential collaborators, mentors, and like-minded individuals - but would like a bit of guidance in how to even go about RE proposals if you have no proof of your own success.
