The MAJOR compliant I am experiencing is what was said or contracted that I purchased by description, exampled through workshop/seminar/camp ect, or mentioned by assistant after speaker finished, is only related by the topic not material or service.

In some cases I will write my offer subject to the seller making the property POS (point of sale) compliant, meaning clearing any [usually petty] violations the city may have called out, in jurisdictions where POS is required at transfer (e.g. many suburbs of Cleveland).

My favorite thing the Gov has done to support affordable housing is to sue the city of Huntington beach for not being compliant with the state's laws regarding affordable housing and allowing exceptions from the law in Marin county.
