I see the same phenomenan that more cash-flow/balance market has more appreciation recently (Columbus/Milwaukee/STL,etc).The phenomenon is the same : the money is gravitying from the more expensive place to a cheaper money, that's where the distribution of the money is.In other word, cheaper area tend to 'catch up' with more expensive area within a state/metro, so to speak.
