I've lived in a house with those crappy aluminum windows and they can let in alot of cold air not to mention sweat really bad.That price seems decent, I'd be weary of going to cheap and compromising install quality.

G'Day everyone,I hope you're all well.It's been a while since I posted on this beloved thread so here I go.Over the years I have corresponded with thousands of investors.Some have thoroughly impressed me but the majority have extremely disappointed me.Many of you have reached out to us wanting our product and service but have failed to conduct the most basic due diligence.For example: Reading clear instructions on our website that we only work with cash buyers.Than you get pissed off when we turn you down and don't want to work with you.Ohio Cashflow doesn't compromise it's beliefs for the "almighty dollar".We only like working with sophisticated individuals that have conducted a tonne of due diligence on the turnkey industry, our market (Toledo, Ohio) and our company.If you aren't serious about where/how you are investing your hard earned money for a better financial future, then why should we be?
