Unfortunately, the minority groups ban together and make the loudest noises.

lots of sensationalization here... human life is not priceless... look at the death tolls this year... far more deaths from traffic accidents, alcohol and smoking... why are we not banning cars, sigs and alcohols.

keep in mind also that assuming the emergency declarations end as scheduled in june,  this 6 month extension will end just as seattle's winter eviction ban kicks in,  so for many owners its really March 2021 before you can realistically evict again.   

If I wrote what I actually thought on this topic I would probably get banned from bigger pockets for life...

From what I understand, craigslist bans ads with html code, software/websites to post for you(automated uploads), and any ad that contains code with postlets.com.  

You will get yourself banned here on BP, and worse, you will lose all credibility as an investor.

Hey @Bruce Tieu, I kinda agree with @Tony SanFilippo on this.Colorado seems to be always in flux, banned, not banned, restricted, banned again.If you want to go this route, make sure it will cash flow as a LTR. 

(And I swear all the nightmare guests that get banned from Airbnb just go to Evolve!
