@Todd Powell if you ever want to collaborate I deal with investments, assignments, flips and rentals in Dayton OH and surrounding areas.  

I have at this point had extensive conversations with the business strategist, the CPA tax manager, the head of book keeping, and a point of contact that helps navigate you around to where you need to go and I have only once received somewhat conflicting advice on the overall strategy, which to me isn't too bad for having that many people collaborating from all different angles.

I am from the Everett, WA area and am looking for any beginner tip, resources, or any other beginner collaborators. 

And I hate to say it but I have a feeling that once we are through the November elections, there will be a more collaborative effort to fight the virus.
