She has had  local churchs pay her rent when it came time for eviction day.  ...The fact that this tenant needs a third party to come up with the rent money says a lot.And some of the other behaviors are definite indicators of a "professional tenant" IMO.

Some people want to give political donations, they want to feed the homeless, church, animal shelters, whatever… I prefer to give my money to hard working people trying to move up in the world.

I would try to see if a local organization could help them financially (the Church, housing authority; etc).

The truth is, churches used to fill the space taken over by government services, taking care of those in need.

The church gets LOTS of tithing from me, since I make more this way, tic.

Hence, I am looking to generate more time for church and family! 

As I’m driving in Mass Pike with no traffic which is beautiful having the road to myself  and feeling like a road warrior (HA) i noticed cell towers after cell towers after cell towers on all the building and houses and churches.

Close to shopping, restaurant, public transportation, schools, church, town athletic fields, and the sportsman's club.

Then dad calls one day and says he knows people from church and Vets groups that need help budgeting and stuff.

Very interested in possibly investing near Simpson University and bethel church as both attract a lot of visitors.
