You a sole investor are not going to overule a ruling made by legislators. 

It a hidden way that taxes are increased with no new legislation. 

At that time state legislation was very pro owner occupant and generally fee owners would be required to offer the fee to them when the lease expired AT current market value. 

I think keeping an eye on the condo defect legislation will be critical for MF and SFR investors in CO.  

This is why we are hearing news reports of legislation to tax AirBnB rentals on a national level.

But when tenants have added rights supported by the government rent control legislation and if the tenants KNOW their rights you might lose way more money than $400 for a stove on eviction proceedings, then you add the make ready and time of vacancy...soon that stove issue will cost you thousands.
