5:30am - Wake up, shower get dressed for work6:30am - Attempt to wake up kids for school6:40am - yell at kids to wake up6:45am - drag kids yelling and screaming to bathroom to go potty and brush their teeth7:30am - drop off boys to school and sit in traffic while commuting to work9:00am - get to work, read ESPN, BP, text wife about how "well" the morning routine went and chug some coffee

Understand that getting about a 10% return on your investment is what you can expect from most real estate investments, maybe 12-15% if you find a screaming good deal.

We don't scream bloody murder at Maersk shipping because they charged 12% of the cost of the product to ship it from China to the USA.What we see through this thread is you don't feel the mark up of 100% is fair, and perhaps in your view it is also of a nefarious nature.

Especially when they dont understand how business works.It's amazing to see how so many people commenting on other posts on this forum are so "business savvy" when it comes to collecting money BUT when it comes time to pay or they realize someone else makes more money then they did because they are smarter, work harder or RUN MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMSthey're egos get hurt and they scream lifes not fair.
