Sorry for the confusion... the cost estimate of $2200 - $2500 includes the hot water tank, compression tank, reworking the gas supply line that was messed up, and replacing all of the other plumbing throughout the whole house which was also stolen.

I don't know the answer to any of those questions.Personally, I'm sticking with cash flow(holding reserves as well) and... this one may discredit me... bitcoin.  

I drove by and noticed that all the windows had been smashed (to get the aluminum frames), the cornice was stolen, and apparently all the plumbing was gone as well.

They said their money got stolen and couldn't pay until two weeks later.

Question: How do you secure travel trailers from being stolen (a real concern), or vandalized before anyone has a chance to move in?

This summer I had 6 evictions, 2 breakins, and 2 hvac units stolen...
