I know when you get connected to these properties your rankings go up and stay up.If you want to get on Google's good side then use their tools - Youtube, Blogger and Google+.

It might also make sense starting an AdWords campaign as well.I'd start with a keyword research on Google's  In terms of useful content, you are absolutely right about that: it's important to produce quality content and even reach out to related real-estate bloggers and provide free quality content for their site as a guest blogger.

And the best thing seems to be to get into a debate (the more hostile the better) with another blogger.

It seems like I was right... too good to be true.And, thanks @Joshua Dorkin  for clarifying that bloggers have no relationship with BP and BP is not endorsing them just because they post on the site.I'm trying @ Dawn Anastasi ...!

We all start being regular bloggers and then time pressures catch up.

The guys that I consider quality bloggers in this and other niches, have all built a solid business around their blog.
