See, be careful what you ask for as it will manifest

Forcing landlords to house someone and then saying "oh and that other guy will pay you later" is manifestly unfair and not necessary to prevent COVID. 

He says that his son acquired his useful hearing aid (after another didn't work...and he claims the doctor says he hasn't the physical equipment to hear anything at all in the first place) by some magical manifestation of his son's DESIRE to do so, and not any mention at all that maybe others were familiar with his problem and a network of connections makes solutions much more available.He either makes up other stories or passes them along uncritically. 1937 was a different time so I'm not going to hit him with the racist card, but the "Chinaman" story?

I became successful through manifesting my goals that I set for myself. 

I'm definitely not opposed to having a partner/mentor, but a chance for such an arrangement has not manifested itself as of yet.

The marketing fee I would have to pay manifests itself in a couple months of discounted rent instead, and either way, I wouldn't have a vacancy to worry about during the holidays.  

(It manifests itself as twice as many cars parked on the street, etc. ) The county could deny you that re-zoning.Not to say that there aren't landlords running illegal duplex conversions all over the country....but in Denver, you're not supposed to be able to build a second kitchen in a property zoned as SFR....if there is one, it was done illegally without a permit.

I agree with Account Closed I think that you see it is mainly a manifestation of one of the many conflicts of interest between property managers and landlords as opposed to validation that it’s a good business practice for landlords.
