There is a lot of redevelopment happening throughout the city as well as legislation preventing people from purchasing certain properties and not going anything with them.

Let’s see what challenges arise to this legislation and what the arguments are based upon.The commerce clause concerns interstate commerce so that’s not relevant to this state law.

@James Wise - I see where you are going with this but rather than make it a requirement to be a property owner before one becomes a Realtor, I would much rather see legislation that increases the "licensing requirements".

Wholesaling legislation has passed or is being considered in over a dozen states now, as a result of the problems.
