I am just getting started myself but now own over 6 units using the same $90,000 recycled using BRRRR over the course of just 5 months.

Most "new" books today recycle old concepts and repackage them with very minor twists.

Would have to be a complete teardown, recycle and take away, no recent land comps.

A quart of regular milk is about 1 Euro, grass-fed organic milk is 1.10 - the difference is very small. (1 Euro = roughly 1.1 USD) Here in Milwaukee I pay about about $7 for for a 2 quart container grass-fed.

I plan to BRRRR, so I can recycle the funds through multiple properties -- paying cash initially for each so I can keep the velocity high (and closing costs low).

I did some research on envelopes etc and found a recycled envelop that costs less than most standard, and because its brown I think it gets more attention.  

The industry found better ways to make pop cans aluminum versus metal, recycling became more common and 35 years later, you don't hear about this anymore.

I'm going to milk every ounce of this deal.
