Right now a city ordinance is being considered by City Council to put in place a landlord licensing regime that includes a fee and an inspection.

It was a Multnomah county sale and frankly my strong suit was Washington and Clackamas .. but anyway there was a house up on Council Crest area of PDX and I could not figure out why I was the only one bidding  LOL.. turned out it had 90k in Senior tax deferral..

I mean , what did the city council decided??

The resale in commercial is much more desirable for exit cap and a lot of metro councils are requiring that now for STR licensing

it works both ways you have provided me with some valuable council as well.   

On the contrary, it only enables Toledo City Council and the Health Department to agree to the Health Department's exercise of Council's powers in Council's behalf.

We started a Diversity council which I am a member.

I imagine we are another year or two out from people realizing the value that the city council approved and massive mixed use development nearby will have on prop values.

But you can go before the City Council and request conditional zoning.— If you don't plan to rent the entire dwelling unit: It may qualify as a "homestay."
