I’m a 25 yr old male making 120-150k a yearMy goal is to use my income to obtain property’s in my area (Mount Belviue) to rent.

I owned/lived in a condo that had the big cemetery next to me but it was separated by a large valley full of trees and wild life and you could not tell that 500 feet away was a huge cemetery  no influence on value. understand the cultural aspects so if your in Cupertino maybe if your in some area were there is a very small Asian population then probably not.

Pintrist.. so many builders are male and just dont get it.This also created a situation were 90% of all our homes were presold of course.. and closed within 5 days of CO  so we had no carrying costs for houses sitting there waiting to sell and you know if you have debt that adds up  ..

There were so many women that the hotel Public men’s restrooms were converted to female (I almost blindly walked into one as the day before it was male.
