@Craig Cannhi Craig - this type of question gets asked a lot. in my opinion, i don't think new investors should worry so much about the "data," and trying to math their way to a market. instead, picking a market that is close by, or that they have family in, or that they went to college in or have strong ties to, is better.

So I college buddies rented our Lake House over Labor day and went to a Clemson football game.The guy that rented the house was supposedly a host also.They left the place a mess.
