I love the presidential debate between Kennedy and Nixon, while they disagreed completely on how to do it, they totally agreed on the objective and debated with a lot of respect for each other.Today I woke up to the news that the president of the United States proclaims that "world leaders are lining up to kiss his ***".

Lots of great content here, I have no idea who flip with rick is but what I would tell you is never learn from an influencer, you want someone who has been doing it for a very long time in that space and has been consistent.

Their bankruptcy filing and firing of Rick (I think Hilany was still there though) wiped out their obligation to any of us that were owed as far as I can tell which is a bummer.They are sending me emails advertising 50% off Airbnb setups..Shameless . .. .
