@Edward Toomey V It's unfortunate you had that experience with a software purposed for landlords; however, I'd hate for you to give up on software designed to work for landlords and ditch to QB.

There are two stages/options of showing assistance software:1) Scheduling: for any landlord with 20+ doors or a PMC will find trying to coordinate scheduling showings with prospects is a HUGE time-suck.

It is nice you know the software but the concepts are more important to know than the software, so you can read the financials to find what is wrong.
