The millionaire man getting involved with the beautiful waitress is much more common than the millionaire woman getting involved with the handsome Burger King cashier.Not specific to this anonymous successful investor and the original poster, but in general, in these types of situations, if they become romantic, without all the details, who's to say who is taking advantage or who?

I see many people trying to be good at something they are not and spend and waste a lot of time at it, whereas they could have been flipping burgers at the local fast food joint and would be further in life then they are now because they have FOMO and follow heard mentality, especially in real estate (most likely because they were sold on some guru)

Maybe another multifamily property or retail center where you can still raise rates.If you don't have the time or energy to continue building the nest egg, you can get some decent yeilds 5%-7% on some strong backed single tenant NNN properties (think Burger King or homedepots) 

And is there something unique about it that renters might find attractive, such as it's in the same block as a 7-Eleven, or the backyard backs up to Burger King parking lot, or something like that.
