Going with laminate flooring that resembles hardwood is the way that we prefer.

But, what I see in PL's in 2015 and 2016 doesn't even resemble the PL of even 2006... 

Their "record" would never stand up to anything resembling investigation2- Half the gurus are not real estate people at all; they are unsuccessful actors fronting for a seminar company.3- The basics of successful investing in real estate have not changed in one hundred years.4- Learning, understanding, and experiencing the basics of real estate finance, real estate law, and property management will provide the foundation for a successful investing career.  

It's just now barely starting to resemble a town again 14 months later.

And, finally, I've lost count of the number of resumes I've reviewed where the applicant had a college degree in a subject that bore absolutely no resemblance or had any bearing on what jobs they worked after graduation. 

It is not even a close resemblance of reality 

Then do something in real estate that most similarly resembles that.

Rent rolls can be requested, but many, many land lords simply don't keep anything that really resembles an actual rent roll.
