@Austin Deardorff you are correct that you certainly want to speak to someone with experience and knowledge when dealing with TICs, DST or both. 

Great first post and sounds like you’ve got a really valuable skillset already with all your hands-on knowledge of fixing houses—that’s honestly one of the biggest hurdles new investors face.

Please advise.You HAVE to have a hot tub person available as part of your cleaning crew who can clean the hot tub after every single stay, whether it’s a light cleaning and chemical balance, or a complete dump and drain and scrubbing and refilling.
