The buildings themselves need updating and upgrading and he is looking to sell them as is, i.e. these are not your typical condos (one building is a mixed use property with an old unused tavern that has living quarters upstairs and the other is a two bedroom bungalow.)I am trying to determine the best course to market these properties.

@Christian Carter has just taken over the Boston South REIA, which meets on the 2nd Sunday of the month at the Tavern on the Wharf in Plymouth Harbor at 6 PM.A little more distant is the Black Diamond meeting.

There is a meetup hosted at Hickory Tavern in Cary the 2nd Wednesday ( I believe) of every month.

If they're working at Bob's Tavern downtown, and that's the only business Bob owns, then there is slightly more scope for creativity.

I know Nashua has one regularly at Fody's Tavern and there's also the monthly meeting in Manchester.
