Just points out how ludicrous it is when people with no experience, knowledge and capital believe that by watching upteen hours of puff videos or paying $20k - $50k for telephone access to a failed salesman reading from a script will enable them to uncover properties selling for a fraction of their value and obviously overlooked by the real estate professionals and full time investors active every day.

You can I would just watching to not to apply too many places. 

You’re right to watch the storm clouds, but don’t freeze.

Google and watch some of the youtube reviews. 

Nor did they watch things on TV that I didn't approve of unless they snuck one over on me in rare instances.

It doesn’t sound sexy or fun to track these things but it sure is fun watching the improvement/growth.

There are a lot of people on this site that may not post that much or at all, but see what you are posting and really connect on what you saw which is always a good example of you never know who is watching you.
