My goal is to purchase a duplex in a solid A/B neighborhood to operate as a mid-term rental (MTR).I know how important it is to have the right team, so I’d love to connect with investor-friendly real estate agents, property managers, and co-hosts in either market.

We wrote a guide to give out to residential investors to provide free value, my internal groups love it but I need some outside perspective.

This may be  a long shot, but would love to perhaps partner with, work out a deal with someone that does flips in my area.

I'd love to build one day but I find right now with the market we can buy existing homes that are operating from day one from retiring operators at a fraction of what I can buy from.

If I had to choose, I’d lean toward appreciation and long-term stability over maximum cash flow, but ideally I’d find a combination of both.For lifestyle reasons, I’d love to be as close to Scottsdale as possible.

I’d love to hear from members who have stood at this same crossroads.
