Are the bathroom spa additions worth my investment?

I'm considering adding a Roomba (or similar) if I can find some good Black Friday / Cyber Monday pricing coming up - to pre-vacuum before my cleaner arrives.

I realized it's probably not worth getting a property manager.

IF they keep it for the full 50 year terms, the property should be worth way more than the interest they paid. 

What new AI tools are you finding most useful today as both an investor/cash buyer of some sort?

The tax basis really depends on how your sisters were added to the title of the property.If your parents added them as co-owners while they were still alive, that means your sisters already owned part of the property during your parents’ lifetime.

If it has amazing neighborhood amenities with lots close by or a stadium etc, then it might be worth the risk.

You start finding reasons why the property is worth more.
