The property owner who is able to game the law in those states where laws are ridiculously “socialistic” are similar to NYC and Berkeley (and now SF) where people paying almost nothing for apt rent covered under old rent control or now rent stabilization can’t be removed until they die.  

That tells me things are down in the industry.Specific to the Smokies, it is far too early to give actual data on visitor counts to Sevier and Cocke County – we won’t see those until September and October – but our own business shows that we are off 13.7% for June over last year, and indicators for July are similar.

Is a year or 2 year old system new?
