Caesars Palace is a hell of a choice.Just my view is if Caesars Palace is affordable to host this-- it means Vegas is doing poorly, BP is doing exceptionally, or a bit of both.

It’s in a community of 100+ homes right off Charleston on the way to red rock loop. 5 miles to red rock casino and 15 miles to the strip. 

Next I wanted income property but Short  term Rental (STR) is Fighting for its life in 3 counties bc of the casino/hotel influence I  think.  

I am thinking about organizing a master class at Foxwoods casino with a field trip to distressed homes to sole this challenge.would wholesalers be willing to spend $500 to strengthen their numbers and increase their credibility?

They turned Bethlehem steel into a casino. 

Could be some casino visits to Choctaw. 

It reminded me of a person going to the Casino, and saying they won $10k. 

If there is a fee, you need to have that amount in the description now I believe.Now after all that, great looking place, good use of outdoor space, great area pictures. maybe add a high level picture that shows the property in relation to any attractions or hotspots (lake, ski lift, casino, family attractions) so people can see they are in the middle of everything.

I am in Western North Carolina nowadays and am considering buying something up there near the casino, downtown, etc.
